B&B Il glicine – Sutri. By virtue of the General Provision of
the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, issued on
08.05.2014, this document intends to clarify to the User (interested
in the processing) the use of cookies by the B&B Il glicine –
Sutri (hereinafter the Site) as prepared by B&B Il glicine –

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text strings that the
sites visited by the user send to his terminal (usually to the
browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the
same sites at the next visit by the same user. While browsing a Site,
the user may also receive cookies on his/her terminal that are sent
from different sites or web servers (so-called “third parties”),
omn which some elements may reside (such as, for example, images,
maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) present on
the Site that the same is visiting.
Cookies, usually present in users’
browsers in very large numbers and sometimes even with
characteristics of long temporal persistence, are used for different
purposes: execution of computer authentication, monitoring of
sessions, storage of information on specific configurations regarding
users who access the servers, etc.
Types of cookies used
The types of cookies used by the Site
are indicated below:
Technical Cookies
This type of cookie allows the correct
functioning of some sections of the Site. They are of two categories,
persistent and session:
Persistent: once the browser is
closed thay are not destroyed but remain until a preset expiration
date;
Sessio: they are destroyed every
time the browser is closed.
These cookies, always sent from our
domain, are necessary to correctly view the Site and in relation to
the technical services offered, they will therefore always be used
and sent, unless the User changes the settings in their browser
(altering the display of the pages of the Site).
Analytical Cookies

to collect information on the use of the B&B Site. Il Glicine –
Sutri reserves the right to use this information to develop anonymous
statistical analyzes and improve the use of the Site. This type of
cookie collects data in anonymous form on the user’s activity and
how they arrived on the Site. Analytical cookies are sent from the
Site itself or from third-party domains. They may fall into the
category of technical cookies when used directly by the Site Manager
to collect information in aggregate form and anonymously. A web
traffic analysis service is provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”).
These are third-party cookies collected and managed anonymously to
monitor and improve the performance of the host site (performance
cookie). Google Analytics, in particular, uses “cookies” from
this Site to anonymously collect and analyze information on site
usage behavior. This information is collected by Google Analytics,

installing the opt-out component provided by Google on their browser.

present in Analytics, Google does not associate the IP address with
any other data held by Google nor does it attempt to connect an IP
address with the identity of a user.
